Job summary

ASAC is hiring a Recovery Support Supervisor to lead Recovery Support Professionals at the Lost & Found Men's Residential Facility in Iowa. You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and ensure 24/7 coverage to support program continuity and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an AA/BA in human services or management, or a HS diploma with relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required to work in our community.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in human services or management; HS diploma/GED with relevant experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of SUD treatment, human services, leadership and management is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 Recovery Support Professional coverage and schedule RSPs.
• Interview applicants for RSP positions and train staff.
• Back-up for staff illness or vacations to ensure coverage.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with Clinical, Childcare and Administrative staff.
• Supervise medication control and schedule drug-screen procedures.
• Coordinate patient recreation programs with clinical/RSP staff.
• Report to Director; maintain manuals and records for RSPs.
• Maintain time/attendance records and staff evaluations.
• Safely operate vehicles for client transport and partner meetings.
