Responsibilities

• Supervise patients in residential activities, meals, and daily routines.
• Assist in training all Recovery Support Professionals.
• Ensure professional and supervised group programming.
• Document incident and daily logs, TB docs, and counts.
• Lead by example and coordinate coverage during absences.
• Coordinate medication control and drug screening procedures.
• Oversee patient transport and facility safety and licensure compliance.
