Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients in residential activities (meals, programs, recreation, safety).
• Assist in training Recovery Support Professionals.
• Ensure professional, supervised group programming.
• Document incident, accident, TB logs and daily records.
• Model professional interaction and lead the RSP team.
• Back-up coverage for staff absences and on-call duties.
• Coordinate medication control and drug-screen procedures.
• Coordinate patient transport and monitor safety/compliance.
