Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential recovery setting.
• Monitor residents to ensure their safety, well-being, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Assist residents with daily routines, activities, and independent living skills.
• Encourage participation in recovery programs, group activities, and scheduled appointments.
• Conduct regular rounds and document resident observations, behaviors, and incidents.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral concerns, conflicts, and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident transitions as directed.
• Promote a respectful, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environment.
• Communicate resident concerns and behavioral changes to supervisors and clinical staff.
• Follow confidentiality requirements, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
