• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid KY driver’s license and clean driving record (insurable).
• Adult Peer Specialist Certification strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

• Supervises clients during shift including bed checks, meals, vitals, and medication supervision.
• Assists office staff with copying forms, filing, and chart termination as needed.
• Leads pass process group on Sundays or other groups and documents each client.
• Facilitates community-building exercises and orientation groups; manages patient arrival/departure logistics; follows up on appointments.
• Transports clients to activities, appointments, and outings; observes and documents client behavior; assists with family education groups.
• Fosters collaboration among leadership and program teams; performs other duties as assigned.
