Job summary

VOA Mid-States in Louisville, KY is seeking a Recovery Support Driver for the 2nd shift to support the residential treatment program. You will transport participants to meetings and appointments and help maintain a safe, supportive living environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You will complete required documents, follow VOA policies, and participate in training to ensure quality care and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background and driver record checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants to and from meetings, groups, and appointments as needed.
• Maintain operational control of the facility in the absence of senior staff.
• Insure client’s compliance with VOA policies and rules.
• Monitor clients in van and facility and their behavior.
• Complete required documentation.
• Attend training and supervision.
• Observe and report maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Assist peer support, program manager and other SEKY staff as needed.
