Job summary

Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Recovery Support Driver for the 2nd shift in Louisville, KY. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position supports Addiction Recovery Services by transporting participants to meetings, groups, and appointments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and driver record checks. Benefits are included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and driver record check.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants to and from meetings, groups, and appointments as needed.
• Maintain operational control of the facility in the absence of senior staff.
• Ensure participants comply with VOA policies and rules.
• Maintain van sign-in/sign-out log and monitor clients in van and facility.
• Complete required documentation and attend trainings as scheduled.
