Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and monitor their behavior, safety, and participation in programming.
• Encourage compliance with program rules, schedules, and treatment expectations.
• Provide guidance and support with daily living skills and recovery education.
• Document client activities, behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Communicate client concerns and updates to supervisors and treatment staff.
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Maintain facility safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Assist with client transportation and medication procedures as authorized.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
