About The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing real estate law firm seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney based in Charlotte, NC. This role offers valuable experience in high-volume residential closings and the opportunity to work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.

This position is ideal for newly licensed or early-career attorneys who are interested in building a long-term career in residential real estate law.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-office residential real estate closings with clients, lenders, and agents
• Review title searches and closing documents
• Address title curative issues in coordination with relevant parties
• Ensure legal compliance across all closing documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows
• Support additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active North Carolina bar license (required)
• South Carolina bar admission is a plus
• Notary Public certification in NC or willingness to obtain prior to employment
• Prior experience in residential real estate law (1+ years preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
