As an Associate Attorney, you will provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and represent clients at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels is required. Attorneys are responsible for communicating with clients via telephone, mail, and email throughout the disability process.
This position is available for candidates residing in CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, and TX, and will require travel to hearings in other cities and states.
This is not an entry-level position. The preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law and have conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years. If you do not meet this experience level, consider our Junior Associate Attorney position.
