Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee quality assurance for service requests and work orders in YARDI, reporting to Facilities Manager/Director. You will review LHS orders, ensure photos and notes are uploaded, and coordinate with the Work Order Service Center to maintain high standards.

The role requires a strong maintenance background, 10+ years experience, and solid communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10 years maintenance experience.
• Residential construction, facility maintenance, property management, contract oversight, or home inspection background.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform QC inspections.
• Ability to train technicians in skilled trades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Oversight of QA related to service request data review in YARDI.
• Ensure 100% review and follow-up on LHS work orders daily.
• Review workmanship and inspect contractor work with notes and photos.
• Inspect work to meet industry standards and benchmarks.
• Enter and retrieve data in YARDI; coordinate with FM/Director.
• Coordinate steps for service classifications and liaise with MHO partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
