Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to ensure work order compliance, coordinate entries and approvals, and maintain data integrity in Yardi. You will serve as a liaison between regional leadership and onsite teams to drive efficiency and policy adherence.

The role requires strong administrative skills, two years of customer service experience, and the ability to travel up to 15%. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential, with Yardi knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in assigning work orders to Maintenance Technicians/Vendors in accordance with skills/abilities/specialties.
• Monitor that each technician is scheduled with a full day of work.
• Conduct daily reviews of open work orders to verify data accuracy, status updates, and compliance with work order management policies.
• Provide feedback to leadership on discrepancies and help with policy adherence.
• Train onsite teams on work order management policies, data accuracy, and system processes.
