Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, grounds crew, and vendors for a residential community. You will manage make-readies, service requests, and preventive maintenance while upholding company standards of quality and safety.

The role requires supervisory experience, HVAC and safety knowledge, and strong coordination with contractors to ensure timely, compliant upkeep of facilities and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical trainings preferred.
• Minimum of three years property maintenance experience; supervisory background.
• EPA Universal Certification required; CPO preferred; OSHA knowledge.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily activities of maintenance techs, grounds crew, and vendors.
• Oversee make-ready process and final inspections prior to move-in.
• Manage service requests, maintenance supplies, and MSDS compliance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance and vendor performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC and equipment.
• Ensure safety, ZERO Harm standards, and on-call coverage.
