You will manage job start/closing, rebate tracking, documentation, and vendor compliance while collaborating with construction, sales, and purchasing teams.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with construction procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct purchasing experience in residential home building.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and organizational software.
