Job summary

Pacesetter Homes is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to ensure seamless documentation and communication throughout the homebuilding process. The role collaborates with New Home Sales Representatives, Construction Team Members, and Vendors to keep selections and addendums accurate and timely.

You will manage design packages, price requests, and cross-department communications while supporting sales and project timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day review and approval of selections and addendums with sign-off in system.
• Coordinate with Design Center and outside vendors on selections and buyer meetings.
• Update and maintain interior and exterior design packages; liaise with vendors on samples and documentation.
• Analyze home selection information for accuracy and coordinate corrections with Sales Management.
• Complete pricing requests, conduct material takeoffs, and coordinate pricing with vendors.
