Capano Management Company is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Delaware to oversee move-in processes, tenancy applications, and documentation. You will supervise leasing agents, maintenance staff, and office personnel, ensure compliance with state law, and maintain accurate records and reporting.

You will lead recruiting, training, budgeting, and vendor contracts, conduct incident reports when needed, and uphold fair housing standards while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork.
• Supervise leasing agents, maintenance staff, and office staff; ensure timely tenancy processing and reporting.
