Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community, coordinating resident service, leasing, collections, and maintenance. You will work with the Maintenance Technician and Forza resources to ensure property quality and strong operating results.

You will manage leasing inquiries, showings, applications, renewals, delinquencies, and rent collections, while monitoring occupancy and ensuring timely actions to improve results.

Competenze

• Experience in property management or residential leasing operations.
• Strong coordinating, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and compliance.

Mansioni

• Maintain a visible presence at the community and serve as the primary contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and internal partners.
• Coordinate daily priorities with the Maintenance Technician and respond to resident concerns to ensure property quality and service needs are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate inquiries, showings, applications, move-ins, renewals, transfers, and move-outs in accordance with company requirements.
