Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a small residential portfolio. You will travel between properties, own leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and portfolio performance. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–5pm.

The role requires 1+ year of PM experience, knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and strong customer service. On-site work with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of state and local landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, applicants, and issues across the portfolio.
• Lead leasing and turnover activities, screenings, tours, and move-ins.
• Manage renewals and resident paperwork with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and preventive maintenance.
• Visit properties regularly to monitor curb appeal and safety.
• Monitor delinquencies and issue notices and late fees as needed.
• Assist with budgets, expense reconciliations, and collections.
• Participate in rotating on-call and respond to emergencies.
