Job summary

The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, financial performance, and physical condition of the Blue Ridge Village portfolio in Harrisburg, PA. This role oversees leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and staff supervision to meet occupancy goals and deliver high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, vendor coordination, and fair housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the multi-housing management industry.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Experience with fair housing regulations and legal proceedings is required.
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM software is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Process rental inquiries promptly and professionally in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Renewals processing with a strong focus on resident retention.
• Approve and sign leases; ensure timely processing of all payments due.
• Ensure move-in/move-out inspections are performed and dispositions submitted to the corporate office on time.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff to keep the property in good condition.
