Job summary

Stonehenge NYC is seeking a Property Manager to protect, maintain and enhance value of residential real estate assets. You will lead operational activities, capital projects, leasing and marketing while representing the owner to tenants and the public.

The role involves supervising on-site staff, planning weekly schedules, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven organizational and scheduling capabilities.
• Courses in real estate are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of properties and coordinate leasing, maintenance and tenant relations.
• Supervise on-site staff including assistant property managers, concierge, doormen, handymen and superintendents.
• Screen, train and develop staff; enforce company policies and labor agreements as applicable.
• Coordinate with leasing and capital teams to align operations with budget and strategic goals.
• Prepare and maintain property records and reports for management review.
