Job summary

Bluestone Property Management is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for our Downtown Omaha portfolio. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive lease activity, coordinate maintenance, and ensure financial performance while maintaining excellent resident relations.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership with Monday–Friday schedules, strong vendor management, and an emphasis on cost control and service excellence at our community.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial awareness (budgets, collections, reporting).
• A hands-on, proactive approach to operations and customer service.
• Experience managing commercial tenants, preferred.
