Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue targets, lease enforcement, vendor management, marketing strategy, and resident satisfaction, with emphasis on safety, maintenance, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community and lead the on-site team.
• Develop budgets and analyze financial statements to meet revenue goals.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Oversee leasing, applications, renewals, and enforcement per the lease.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff.
• Build relationships with owners and report on property performance.
