HH Red Stone Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at a residential community in New Haven, CT. You will supervise on-site teams, manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial reporting while coordinating with corporate partners.

The role requires overseeing budgets, vendor bids, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. An on-site, full-time position offering competitive compensation is available.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3–5 years of residential property management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations skills.
• Experience with leasing, maintenance operations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; OneSite preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee onsite property operations and maintenance teams with clear expectations.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Address employee performance concerns with HR partnership.
• Direct leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Collaborate on rental rates, marketing, and property initiatives.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage maintenance, readiness, appearance, and budgets.
• Prepare annual property budget and monthly financial/variance reports.
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, rent collection, and delinquencies.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor bids and make recommendations.
