Responsibilities

• Deescalate resident issues to achieve 5-star Google reviews.
• Reprioritize maintenance team schedules after a water leak.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supplies expenses.
• Brainstorm marketing ideas, e.g., a 'day in the life' on TikTok.
