Megan Properties Management is seeking an Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations across residential communities in Texas. You will lead leasing, rent collection, and resident relations while supervising onsite staff andContractor teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of property management experience, strong knowledge of Fair Housing and HUD rules, and proficiency with OneSite or AppFolio. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and property compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with property management software such as OneSite or AppFolio.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and all applicable laws.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate timely maintenance and conduct regular property inspections.
• Support marketing and strategies to improve resident retention.
