Megan Properties Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our residential communities. You will supervise onsite staff, handle leasing and rent collection, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations, and manage budgets to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience preferred, affordable housing a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and property compliance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (FHA, OneSite, AppFolio).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including fair housing.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals.
• Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards.
• Support marketing and resident retention strategies.
