Job summary

Block Multifamily Group is seeking a Community Manager for Juniper Row in Elkhorn, NE. The role oversees property performance, leads the onsite team, and acts in the owner’s best interest to ensure a high standard of resident service.

You will drive occupancy and revenue through strategic leasing, pricing, and marketing while ensuring compliance, maintenance, and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service orientation and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI through leasing, pricing, and operational strategies.
• Oversee accounts receivable, delinquencies, and eviction processes in accordance with laws; manage budgeting and expenses.
• Oversee marketing, online presence, and leasing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Promote resident satisfaction and plan community events; supervise maintenance and vendors.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues promptly.
