You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, supervise maintenance and leasing, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and build strong tenant relations to maximize occupancy and property value.

Qualifications

  • Progressive multifamily property-management experience of five or more years.
  • Experience managing Class A, Class A-, or elevated urban residential communities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily housing regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, resident relations, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention while delivering strong revenue performance.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and review financial statements and variances.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing on-site team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
