Job summary

Keyrenter Premier Property Management in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a licensed Real Estate Agent to manage a portfolio of rental properties, coordinate onboarding, and handle tenant and owner relations. Strong customer service, organization, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, along with leadership ability and a proactive, energetic attitude.

You will oversee move-ins, rent collection, notices, lease enforcement, and move-outs while supporting onboarding of new owner clients and property

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, in good standing, in the State of Arizona.
• 2 years customer service, office environment or real estate related field.
• High School Diploma plus some post graduate training/education.
• Must live in the Phoenix metro area.
• Must have own working vehicle and smartphone.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and tenants to grow business.
• Act as Owner & Tenant Point of Contact during leasing and management.
• Support Owner/Property Onboarding and onboarding of new properties.
• Handle conflict resolution when needed.
• Provide leadership and manage successful teams.
• Coordinate tenant move-in process, rent collection, notices, lease enforcement, and move-out.
• Assist with refining processes and fieldwork as needed, including marketing.
