Job summary

Capstone Realty Professionals in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Property Manager to build strong relationships with property owners and residents, ensure proactive communication, and drive issues to resolution in an in-office setting.

You will work with leasing, maintenance, field teams and accounting to support portfolio performance, while owning the relationship and outcomes.

This role requires an active Arizona real estate license and proven residential property management experience.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Real Estate License required.
• Residential property management experience required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship and communication point for property owners and residents.
• Build trust through proactive, professional communication.
• Understand owners' goals and help them make informed decisions about their property.
• Determine market rents through rental analysis and comparable research.
• Make recommendations regarding rents, renewals, maintenance, and overall property performance.
• Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, field, and accounting teams to ensure issues are handled correctly.
• Manage owner and resident expectations and difficult conversations.
• Enforce lease agreements professionally and consistently.
• Identify problems, investigate root causes, and determine next steps.
