Red Rock Property Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a non-onsite role based out of Liberty Lake, WA. You will oversee a 300–500 door portfolio across the Spokane/Liberty Lake area, coordinating move‑ins/outs, leasing, renewals, and owner communications.

The role requires 1+ year of PM experience with strong communication and organizational skills. Buildium or AppFolio experience is preferred, with a competitive compensation package and full benefits.

PROPERTY MANAGER: Liberty Lake, WA | Full-Time | 300–500 Door Portfolio

Are you an experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to take ownership?

Red Rock Property Management is looking for a driven, dependable, and highly organized Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a non-onsite position based out of our Liberty Lake headquarters, managing a portfolio of approximately 300–500 single-family and multifamily units throughout the area.

This is a hands‑on role with a lot of variety. No two days look exactly the same. You may be handling owner communications in the morning, conducting a move‑in, addressing an escalated resident issue, making delinquency calls, marketing a vacancy, analyzing rental rates, or jumping in your car to solve a property issue.
