Red Rock Property Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a non-onsite role based out of Liberty Lake, WA. You will oversee a 300–500 door portfolio across the Spokane/Liberty Lake area, coordinating move‑ins/outs, leasing, renewals, and owner communications.

The role requires 1+ year of PM experience with strong communication and organizational skills. Buildium or AppFolio experience is preferred, with a competitive compensation package and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience required.
• Single-family and multifamily experience preferred.
• Commercial management experience is a plus.
• Buildium and/or AppFolio experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume workload.
• Confident handling difficult conversations and making decisions.
• Dependable, energetic, and solutions-oriented.
• Owning tasks rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 300–500 door residential portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships.
• Handle resident concerns and escalations.
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and property visits.
• Manage vacancies, leasing, and renewals.
• Make delinquency and collections calls.
• Conduct rental market analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, accounting, and leasing.
• Communicate with owners, residents, and prospects.
• Drive to properties throughout the Spokane/Liberty Lake area.
• Use Buildium and/or AppFolio to manage your portfolio.
• Jump in, problem-solve, and keep things moving when priorities change.
