Residential Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You’ll be the go to for both tenants and property owners, ensuring high standards of care, communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant and owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance coordination
• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and processes
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for your portfolio
• Collaborate with vendors, support staff, and leadership as needed
• Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge and compliance with landlord-tenant laws

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years in residential property management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet platforms
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
• Conflict resolution and team collaboration skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Willingness to submit to background and reference checks
• College degree preferred (but equivalent experience welcomed)
• Professional certification is a plus

Compensation:
