RiseMe is seeking a Residential Property Manager responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will serve as the primary contact for tenants and owners, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence.

Your role includes managing inspections, budgets, and communications. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in residential property management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Compensation:

$29-$34 per hour to start, plus commission opportunities.
