Job summary

CSM Corporation seeks a maintenance technician to oversee the upkeep of a residential property in Plymouth, MN. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, execute preventive maintenance, handle snow removal, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Maintain a welcoming environment for residents and follow safety and AWAIR regulations. This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer focus are essential.
• General computer experience is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and property.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for units, common areas, and equipment.
• Perform snow removal and curb appeal upkeep to attract residents.
• Complete work orders promptly and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Safeguard equipment and supplies while adhering to cost controls.
• Follow procurement guidelines and maintain maintenance budget.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by upholding service standards and safety rules.
• Attend residential activities when requested and cooperate with the Community Manager.
• Conduct routine inspections to meet regulations including AWAIR.
