CSM Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bass Lake Hills Townhomes in Plymouth, MN. This on-site, full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing a residential property, executing preventive maintenance, snow removal, and timely response to work orders and emergencies.

The position requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license; CPO/HVAC/EPA certifications are desirable or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPO/HVAC/EPA certification desirable or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and property.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for resident units, common areas, garages, grounds, pool, clubhouse, and equipment.
• Maintain property appearance and perform snow removal, upkeep, and curb appeal to attract residents.
• Complete work orders and turnover maintenance; respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Safeguard maintenance equipment and adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses.
• Follow procurement guidelines; maintain maintenance budget and inventory.
