Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repair.
• Self-starter with reliability and strong time-management.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties.
• Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
