Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and communicate clearly.
• Basic math and computer skills with MS Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Perform daily inspections of the community grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn tasks.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal.
• Supervise contractors on site and provide resident support after hours.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for units and site.
