Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking a Service Technician to uphold luxurious community standards and ensure resident safety. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work, prepare units for move-ins, and collaborate on preventative service ideas to save costs and boost safety.

You will handle HVAC maintenance and respond to on-call emergencies, while inspecting common areas and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Ability to prepare units for move-ins and ensure readiness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Repair and service structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and exteriors.
• Prepare units for move-ins and ensure readiness for new residents.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, repair and replacement as needed.
• Coordinate preventative service programs and logs.
• Respond to 24-hour emergency service on a rotating basis.
• Inspect common areas and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Store equipment and tools securely and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Crown Residential policies.
• Attend required training and work with the team on on-site projects.
