Job summary

Crown Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain a luxurious community, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional resident service. The role involves repairing and executing service requests, preparing units for move-ins, and contributing to preventative maintenance ideas to save costs.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, while coordinating with the team to keep common areas clean and safe. Flexibility for on-call rotations and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Repair and service units and common areas to ready status.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Crown Residential policies and laws.
