Job summary

Crown Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain a luxurious, safe community and deliver outstanding resident service. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, service HVAC systems, and support move-ins with attention to detail and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, HVAC certifications, and a strong customer-service mindset. On-site role with weekend and extended hours as needed; EPA/NATE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification is required.
• Preferred certifications include EPA/CFC, CPO and NATE for HVAC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Repair and service structures and appliances to prepare units for move-ins.
• Maintain and service HVAC systems and general household equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and on-call emergency service coverage.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Keep grounds, common areas, pools, laundries, and parking areas in good condition.
