Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain a luxurious appearance and safe environment for residents. You will repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other systems, and prepare apartments for move-ins to meet standards.

You will participate in preventative maintenance, work rotating on-call shifts, and collaborate with staff to keep common areas well maintained. A high school diploma and HVAC certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks regularly.
• Prepare and service vacant apartments for move-ins.
• HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement as needed.
• On-call 24-hour emergency service rotation and timely responsiveness.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
