Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain a luxurious community and ensure resident safety. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC tasks and prepare units for move-ins, while providing excellent customer service and on-call support.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification, plus a valid driver’s license. On-site work with rotating on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks performed regularly.
• Prepare vacant apartments to meet 'ready' standards for move-ins.
• Maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems as needed.
