Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance the value of an off-campus student housing property. You will focus on preventative upkeep, capital improvements, and repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

The role is full-time with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or residential property upkeep.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites and upkeep for curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Review and manage work orders to ensure completion.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and vendors.
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractors for quality work.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain maintenance programs.
