Job summary

The Yarco Companies in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the residential property maintenance for multiple communities. You will supervise housekeeping, maintenance technicians, care takers, and grounds staff to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Three plus years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physical tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance technicians, caretakers and grounds staff.
• Maintain property appearance and perform interior/exterior inspections.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for resident apartments and common areas.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of parts and supplies.
• Coordinate pool maintenance and safety standards where applicable.
• Provide resident-focused customer service and respond to on-call emergencies.
