Job summary

Responsibilities

• Property Appearance/Upkeep: keep the property neat, clean, and well-maintained with daily exterior inspections.
• Pool Maintenance: daily chemical inspections and cleaning to meet city codes and standards.
• Customer Service: ensure resident satisfaction and availability for on-call emergencies as needed.
• Light Maintenance: assist maintenance personnel with light tasks as requested by the Community Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed.
