Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping/janitorial, maintenance technicians, care takers and grounds keeping as delegated by Community Manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance on resident apartments, public spaces and equipment.
• Ensure property is clean and well-maintained through daily inspections.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Coordinate on-call emergencies and respond to incidents as needed.
• Complete background checks and comply with safety and company policies.
