Job summary

Yarco Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician for our residential communities in Missouri. Working with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will repair and maintain apartment homes, public spaces, and grounds to ensure safe, attractive environments.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, making ready units, handling minor electrical/plumbing tasks, pool maintenance if applicable, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification, boiler certification if appropriate.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.

Responsibilities

• Property appearance and upkeep through daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Make units market-ready; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms.
• Pool maintenance and daily chemical inspections (if applicable).
• Provide resident-focused customer service and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
