Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a building superintendent.
• FDNY certificates of fitness for low‑pressure boiler and residential sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Vacant apartments: daily inspections and direct staff to make ready.
• Plumbing: repair/installation of faucets, pipes, toilets, disposals, dishwashers, fridges, laundry machines.
• Electrical: troubleshoot/repair of switches, fuses, outlets, lights, GFI.
