Job summary

Centennial Manor, a 40-unit older residential community in Boise, ID, seeks a dependable Maintenance/Janitorial Team Member to uphold the property’s cleanliness and safety. This role supports daily operations by performing general maintenance, responding to service requests, assisting with turnover, and participating in preventative programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools for repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic English communication.
• Proficiency with RealPage Maintenance Facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties in common areas and maintain interior/exterior of property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out when needed.
• Execute painting and preventative maintenance tasks per schedule.
• Assist with inspections of apartments and systems.
• Respond to work orders, prioritize based on urgency, and document details in OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
